Airswift is currently recruiting for a FPSO Package Project Engineer who will be involved in multi-disciplinary and dedicated team, acting on behalf of the Affiliate in accordance with Company processes in terms of methodology and governance.
The development consists in the Engineering, procurement, supply, construction and commissioning of a spread moored FPSO (75 kbopd, 61 kbowipd, 330 MMscfd gas reinjection, oil tandem offloading, electrical driven Gas compression and Open cycle Gas turbo Generators, closed flare system and CO2 removal from Fuel Gas unit) with a contextualized Technical Referential.
Project execution date is 20 May 2024 for target 1st oil in end of July 2028.
The FPSO Project Management Team is based in Paris / France for the detail engineering phase (in SAIPEM offices in SQY-main engineering hub) from January 2024 to ensure Post Pre-FEED works and Detail Engineering scope and a movement to far east Asia (Nantong province) to start from the 3rd quarter of 2025.
The company team manpower will be at peak approx. 80 PAX (at peak).
Contractor (including sub-contractors) team manpower will be at peak approx. 2.500 PAX (during fabrication).
The service holder reports hierarchically to the FPSO Package Deputy Manager: Line Manager
Line Manager N+2 : Kaminho FPSO Package MANAGER.
The position is based in Paris and is expected to move to China around Q1 2026 (the window is flexible and will be adapted based on the needs and priorities based on the risks location)
The Job Holder shall:
HSE:

- Organization:
- To coordinate the risk perimeter (with Contractor and internal company)
- Activities / Reporting:
- Ensure Contractor’s risk review monthly
- Ensure a risk register is updated on the Contractor’s monthly report
- Ensure Company’s internal risk tables are implemented and updated on a weekly basis
- Ensure an action plan database for Company’s internal risks follow up
- Ensure monthly Risk reviews meeting with FPSO management
- Support contract lead in the database of Counter claim (potential facts, technical development of the facts)
- Support contract lead in the evaluation of the potential claims register by Contractor and contribute on the strategy of mitigations
Budget / Cost
No direct budget responsibilities, may need to estimate commercial impact due to risks, claims, may need to estimate rough budget for counter claims strateg
- Ensure a timely coordination process of the risks related to the package FPSO
- Ensure a robust exercise of risks alignment between data from Contractor and From Company

Candidate's profile:
- Construction, Project management & Engineering
- Skills required on following disciplines: Engineering, construction, planning, Contracts and interfaces.
- Strong FPSO background
- Professional experience (number of years): 6 (min.) to 9 (ideal) in Project interfaces and EPSCC scope of work.
- Requires basic to good knowledge in Commissioning and offshore operations
- Ability to meet deadlines
- MS office (mandatory see below table for level)
- Mandatory Fluent in English, (French and Chinese are added value).
