Airswift is seeking a General Manager to work on a Permanent position in Nassau/Bahamas with a Solar Company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
Oversee the initial setup and establishment of the solar energy company and service
teams.
Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to achieve company
goals.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of installers, service, and support
staff.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Oversee the setup and operation of the solar installation and maintenance processes,
ensuring they meet all technical and safety standards.
Implement efficient inventory management and procurement processes.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 
Extensive experience in the solar energy industry, particularly in project development
and operations management.
Proven track record in setting up and managing solar energy projects and teams.
Strong understanding of solar technology, installation processes, and service
requirements.
 Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a
team.
Strong sales skills with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
 Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and project management
software.
Background in marketing and brand development will be an asset.
