Job Title: GVS Planner
Location: Suresnes
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
As part of the East GPC Operations team, the GVS Planner ensures the accuracy of the Global Vessel Schedule (GVS) for vessels involved in East GPC activities. This includes projects, tenders, prospects, and M&R, as well as 3rd party vessels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES
• Develops a positive HSEQ culture
• Maintains the GVS for East GPC activities to ensure alignment with financials (i.e. PMSRs)
• Provides monthly input into the GVS and reviews input quality post-Monthly Report issuance
• Follows up on Regional Vessels with M&R and includes them in the GVS
• Identifies and addresses potential clashes and gaps within GPC and with the wider company
• Supports GPC S&M with vessel availability and work clashes
• Assists with updating tenders and prospects into the GVS
• Contributes to process and tool improvement within the function
• Ensures alignment with Group GVS procedure
• Operate within the Business Code of Conduct
• Operate according to Management Principles
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
• Degree level relevant planning, engineering, or quantity surveying and technical background
• Proactive and "go-getter" attitude
• Resourceful with problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a project and tender environment
• Ability to manage a fast-paced and diverse workload
• Strong ability to work with diverse teams
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English
PREFERRED
• Knowledge of P6 and Microsoft project
• Operational experience
• Familiarity with offshore operations planning
