Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement regionally aligned programmes & frameworks that drive CL Operations performance improvement through process re-engineering to delivery efficiency and productivity benefits, standardization and application of standards, and best practice sharing
- Ensure high level of Business Architecture collaboration across functions, and in particular Operations to drive efficiencies derived from digitization opportunities.
- Set direction that supports development and execution of regional and market-specific business architecture strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including but not limited to, ISO 9001 and 14001, OHSAS 18001, TAPA and relevant customer and supplier quality requirement
- Maintain a systematic training and coaching approach to support resources achieve higher skills, capabilities, competencies and expertise within suitable and achievable timeframes
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Engineering Field- Industrial, Logistics, Automation or related studies
- MBA/PMP/Six Sigma/Lean preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior operations leadership with P&L responsibility
- Understanding of sub-function roles, Continuous Improvement (LEAN, 6Sigma), Business Architecture, regulations (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, TAPA), project management, team leadership, excellent communication, analytical skills in logistics and supply chain.
- Proficiency in designing and developing Power Platform solutions.
