Airswift is seeking for a Head of Reporting to work with our client based in Qatar.
Job Description
Responsible for high quality reporting in content, actionable analysis, and readability for the Company Onshore Project, through the coordination and processing of input data into concise, effective, and fit-for-purpose communications. Responsible for generation of routine and ad-hoc reports and presentations for use internally across broad range of audiences from the Project Management Team (PMT) to Company management and JV Shareholders.
Key Accountabilities
- Implement the Projects Reporting Procedure and ensure compliance. Maintain and refresh the procedure as needed to reflect best practices, lessons learned and enhancements.
- Oversee and manage a team of 2 Reporting lead spanning across both all Scopes and drive uniform reporting with quality content, ensuring actionable and relevant analysis to inform the PMT and Management, distilling key messages from large data sets.
- Prepare the Weekly and Monthly reports for both project and ensure their accuracy in terms of progress reporting and content, including technical information typical for a major project. Support the development of reporting required for Shareholders and other stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of other key report requirements such as Senior Project Manager weekly updates to the Chief Major Project Officer.
- Build and grow team capacity and capability to be ready to tackle emerging new requests in a timely fashion.
- Able to work in a highly visible project environment with large capital expenditures and significant schedule execution pressures, as well as within a dynamic team that has high expectations for flawless project execution in safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance, requiring the incumbent to demonstrate accuracy, initiative and the ability to multi-task as essential skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant fields.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry, with exposure in business and contract management including project execution, project controls, cost, and schedule development, etc. and 3 years supervising multi-discipline and multi-cultural teams.
