Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and development
- Attract and hire great talent to support the growth of the company
- Support employees and managers in understanding and adapting to changes in the business/workplace environment
- Lead ongoing HR projects to support and help improve businesses processes
- Interacts with project team members/engineers from other departments to address Human Resources concerns/requirements.
- Conduct analytical review of complex progress reports in order to systematically identify issues and from there, address these issues in a timely manner.
- Mentors the junior staff within the department and motivates them for career development
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university
- Minimum of 10 years' HR generalist management experience
- Experience in human resources in the manufacturing or petrochemical industry
- Experienced in working with senior management in Asia
- Strategic thinking and execution ability to set direction and shape future development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to a new culture and environment effectively
