Our client, a major Oil & Gas Company is seeking an IT Support Technician to work within their facilities located in Midland, TX for a long term contract
Responsibility includes, but is not limited to:
- iPhone/iPad support
- Hardware, software, and maintenance of desktop computers, thin clients, laptops. Troubleshoot PC, network, and telecom problems.
- Provide general system support to multiple locations and be on-call for system maintenance and issue resolution.
- Stay tuned on computer technology, recommend ideas that will give the Midland Division a competitive advantage and improve production/effectiveness.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems OR equivalent with a minimum of 2 years work experience with Windows 10, networking, and management of IT personnel and business/project management.
