- Review and Approve Invoices for Equipment Rentals, Materials and Labor for assigned Contractors.
- Review and familiarize with Contractor Contract
- Manage Hiring Plans, Force reports for assigned Contractors.
- Review planning progress vs Worklist by assigned Contractor.
- Make sure all jobs are planned, have hours, are charged correct (Concept is Budgeted vs Actual)
- Follow RFIs, Review Change Orders – that they are communicated out to appropriate groups and that they are answered in a timely fashion.
- Report on Project status and completion.
- Contractor Productivity and schedule adherence
- Run Contractor alignment meetings.
- High school Diploma
- College Degree preferred (civil/mechanical engineering and accounting)
- Experience: 2+ years preferred
- Excel - familiar with how to navigate pivot tables, large amounts of data, basic functions like lookups.
- Familiarity with construction concepts
