Position: Key Account Manager
Location: Multiple across the European Region 
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to drive sales business development and execute the company's mission, vision, and strategy in the assigned countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets for Composite Insulation Cross Arms (CICA) and Insulation products within the Transmission and Distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the organization’s values, mission, vision, and strategy in the assigned countries.
  2. Lead the formulation and breakdown of annual sales targets and overall work plans.
  3. Achieve sales targets for CICA and insulation products.
  4. Conduct market research, analysis, and marketing activities in line with business strategy.
  5. Identify decision-making chains within relevant government bodies, industry organizations, and target customers, and establish relationships with key personnel.
  6. Lead customer development and value transfer efforts, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with key TSO/DNO decision-makers.
  7. Organize and coordinate internal resources to meet business requirements.
  8. Develop the capabilities of team members through effective leadership and training.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and key account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Transmission and Distribution network industry.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analysis.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
