Our Company
We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager to be placed in Brussels, Belgium on a 1-year contract, with possibility of extension.

Responsibilities
  • As a Key Account Manager DSO, you will support the KAM’s DSOs in their daily tasks and project work. Your main tasks are:
  • Grid development and technical analyses:
  • You will support the Key Account Manager in the follow-up of the network development projects, contact customers and check whether the technical requirements are in line with contractual agreements.
  • Digitizing existing processes
  • You take the lead in transforming existing processes into a digital, customer-friendly environment. You are the link between the business and IT teams.
  • Management of questions/complaints
  • You support the Key Account Manager and take the necessary actions to be able to offer the customer the fastest and appropriate answer possible (advice, information, action...).
  • Customer data management:
  • You ensure that customer files are complete and correct, you register the information in the correct systems and forward the information to the relevant services.

Skills / Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as an industrial, civil or commercial engineer in the energy sector.
  • Customer-oriented (correctly capturing the needs of both internal and external stakeholders and translating them into a simple solution)
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, English is a plus;
  • Independent and already experienced in the energy sector.
