- Identify and develop work process improvements and efficiencies for maintenance processes.
- Execute maintenance and repair of general equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure productivity, quality, safety, and environmental standards are met.
- Complete all work in line with best practice guidelines from Discipline Specialists.
- Facilitate teamwork and knowledge transfer between the area and specialist groups.
- Coach Technicians and assist in developing training plans.
- Maintain the highest safety and environmental standards during maintenance activities.
- Understand plant and instrument diagrams.
- Intermediate level with 3-5 years of experience.
- Provide technical/functional and/or administrative support.
- General working knowledge of the department's specific systems, terminology, and procedures.
- Able to solve problems and make basic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with decision making tools, productivity, and decision support systems.
- Optional: Experience with maintenance and repair, work process improvements, efficiencies, productivity, quality, safety, environmental standards, and plant & instrument diagrams.
