Essential Qualifications:
- BSc/BEng qualified in the stated discipline. Chartered Engineer and Member of the relevant institution
- Required PMC (Project Management Consultancy) and offshore experience. 
- 10 years post graduate experience in the stated discipline, at least 7 of which must have been in the relevant industry on projects relevant to the type of projects being supported by this agreement, and with demonstrable ability to operate at the level defined

Duties:
- Lead designer on large and medium sized projects, responsible for planning & managing the delivery of the design elements of the project (including resource time and cost), either alone or through multi discipline project teams.
- Demonstrate leadership of a team of 5 or more engineers, providing managerial and technical support to the team. 
- Able to take on significant elements of the detailed design personally. 
- Capable of working on their own initiative, with minimal supervision
