- Strong understanding of industry trends and markets.
- Proven track record of successfully managing procurement projects and delivering cost savings.

Starting as soon as possible, you will be in charge of reviewing, signing and monitoring Intellectual Property contracts.
The Document Controller Service specialized in Intellectual Property Contracts contributes to:
- Ensure the rigorous and responsive control of Intellectual Property (IP) contracts: verification of amounts, layout, signatories, correspondence to the template and verification of essential clauses, billing address, etc.
- Rigorously ensure the administrative follow-up of the IP contract portfolio (for incriminating files): ensure, at all times, the quality of the IP contract information entered in the IP Contracts database.
- Electronically sign IP contracts and follow up on their signature, in particular in connection with the Contracts database. Ensure good communication with IP negotiators, requesters and partners.
- Store and archive electronically signed IP contracts according to defined procedures. Ensure overall consistency with the other Doc' Controllers.
Roles and responsibilities on the project
The Service Provider will be in contact with different types of suppliers: SMEs, VSEs, Universities, Public or Private Establishments and Institutes and from various countries, in France and internationally. The Service Provider is in direct contact with the legal and commercial managers of private and public companies and organizations.
The Service Provider will be responsible for:
- Ensure the rigorous and responsive control of Intellectual Property (IP) contracts: verification of amounts, layout, signatories, correspondence to the template and verification of essential clauses, billing address, etc.
- Rigorously ensure the administrative follow-up of the IP contract portfolio (for incriminating files): ensure, at all times, the quality of the IP contract information entered in the IP Contracts database.

Tasks to be performed
In support of the Segment Leader Road Transport outside Europe
- Supporting Marketing & Services subsidiaries outside Europe, for the management of road transport and warehousing purchases:
- Assistance in the preparation of materials for decision-making bodies,
- Animation of purchasing projects with the subsidiaries: keeping the schedule, periodic meetings,
- If applicable, Launch of Calls for Tenders via the E-sourcing platform,
- RFI preparation, processing, analysis and restitution,
- Preparation of Calls for Tenders in conjunction with subsidiaries,
- Assistance during calls for tenders: Provision of models, use of the E-sourcing tool, preparation and punctual participation if necessary in supplier defenses.
