We are seeking experienced Marine Supervisors to join our team at the site. If you have a strong background in construction and marine operations, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview
  • Oversee and manage marine construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Supervise Piling operations and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Operate and manage Jack Up Barge operations efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the construction team to plan and execute daily activities.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report project progress to the Manager Construction.
  • Address and resolve any issues that may arise on-site promptly.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project staff to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine construction supervision.
  • Strong expertise in Piling and Jack Up Barge operations.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under challenging conditions and extended hours.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in marine construction or a related field preferred.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Certifications in marine construction or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine construction supervision.
