- Organization and coordination of mechanical installation works at all stages of construction, including the installation and commissioning of dynamic and static equipment
- Monitoring adherence to mechanical installation work schedules, timely identification and correction of deviations
- Interaction with EPC contractors and subcontractors responsible for the design and installation of dynamic and static equipment, welding work, and pipelines, coordination of their activities
- Review of project documentation to ensure compliance with requirements for dynamic and static equipment, welding work, pipelines, coatings, and insulation
- Monitoring of equipment and materials supply, including lifting equipment, ensuring their compliance with specifications, technical conditions, and project documentation
- Quality control of installation work, commissioning, and testing of dynamic and static equipment, pipelines, and welded joints
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards during welding, insulation works, and work with lifting equipment
- Participation in the acceptance of facilities into operation, verifying the correct functioning of all systems and equipment
- Monitoring the processes of applying coatings and insulation to ensure the protection of equipment and pipelines
- Resolving technical issues related to the installation of dynamic and static equipment, welding work, and pipelines, and adjusting project solutions if necessary
- Providing reports on the work performed as required
- Compliance with BiOT standards and other internal company regulations
- Performing other tasks as assigned by higher management
- Higher (postgraduate) technical/engineering degree
- Work experience at least 3 years
- Key legislative acts and internal regulations of the company in the field of mechanical assembly works
- Deep knowledge of design, planning, and execution methods for mechanical assembly works, including equipment installation and commissioning
- Knowledge of regulatory documentation (GOST, SNiP, ISO) and quality and safety requirements for mechanical assembly works, including dynamic and static equipment
- Knowledge of welding processes, welding quality control, and requirements for pipeline connections
- Knowledge of coating and insulation application processes required for pipeline and equipment protection
- Knowledge of rules for operation and safety when working with lifting mechanisms
- Experience in interacting with contractors and subcontractors, monitoring their activities, and assessing the completion of works
- Knowledge of the basic principles of investment activities in industrial construction
- Knowledge of the organization, planning, and economics of design, procurement, and construction
- Proven project management skills and experience working with mechanical installation projects in industrial sectors, including experience with the installation of static and dynamic equipment
- Skills in using project management software (MS Project, SAP, and others), as well as technical documentation control programs
- Proficiency in government, Russian, and English languages
- Innovation and proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 tools, Assai Document Management Program, and SED
