Airswift are currently partnering with a large global EPC company who are currently in need of an experienced and motivated Senior Process Engineer to be based in Meerssen, nearby Maastricht. The Senior Process Engineer will work as part of multidisciplinary teams on several projects and/or project portfolios, contributing to ensuring the quality and timely delivery of Process deliverables. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, for example:
Responsibilities
- Projects in project portfolio of key customers in the region (e.g. Chemelot, Geleen).
- Discrete projects in the New Energy, Conventional Energy, Chemicals, during the various project phases of Identification and Evaluation of options, Define and Design.
- Debottlenecking, Expansion and Performance Improvements projects
- Projects to bring operating sites into compliance with current environmental legislation.
Qualifications:
- Highly effective technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its customers.
- A sound knowledge of the fundamental requirements of the process engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
- A sound knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Competent use of process engineering specific software.
- Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
- Substantial technical and practical experience in process engineering in the same or similar industry including experience in working in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
A recognized and relevant engineering degree, preferred:
- Process or Chemical Engineer status (BSc or MSc degree).
- 10-15 years’ work experience in the same or similar industry.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in engineering, management, project management or supervisory qualifications or equivalent.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Fluent communication in writing and speaking in the English language, capability to communicate in Dutch, have the interest in learning Dutch.

Airswift is seeking an Electrical Inspector to work on a long term assignment with a leader in the clean energy industry.
Our contractor will act as the Owner’s representative to oversee third party solar field electrical installation of solar plant construction including: DC systems, power conversion units, medium voltage AC collection systems, safety, SCADA and instrumentation, electrical startup and commissioning.
They'll be responsible for oversight of electrical work and startup, to ensure compliance within engineering plans, specifications of project, quality control adherence, scheduling, and safety goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the O&G or Power/Utilities industry or in a Light Industrial setting
- Electrical construction means and methods knowledge including NEC and NFPA
- Drawing review and field electrical quality control inspection
- Organization and progress reporting
- Computer skills Outlook, PDF edit Word, Excel, document control systems and PowerPoint
- Communication with third parties and suppliers
- Schedule and planning understanding
Job Responsibilities
- Electrical scope management, to include schedules and engineering interface
- Works collaboratively with resources and sub suppliers in various disciplines to determine project priorities, schedule and work plans to meet milestones
- Reporting daily, weekly and monthly on progress, quality control and safety
- Recording, naming and uploads of electrical installation QC photographs
- Facilitates process with parties on request for information, and design change notifications
- Ensures projects are efficiently, effectively and safely implemented in accordance with department procedures, local regulations, contracts and policies
- Verifies constructability, advises and reports on proper resource allocations, assesses field status and resolves issues as needed
- Walks down systems, develops and manage punch-lists
- Reviews project completion packages for completeness and accuracy to as built

As a Calculation Engineer, you will act as a technical expert in your field, working with analysis and project engineering tasks. Your main tasks will be technical calculations/analysis, FEM/FEA, technical specifications, and evaluation of design. You will execute your project in the latest analysis tools.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in mechanical Engineering or similar.
- 3- 5 years of experience from mechanical Engineering where of 1-3 years with analysis/calculations.
- Good communication skills in English and Swedish.
- Cooperative and self-leading.
- Experienced user of Ansys, Altair HyperWorks, Abaqus, Rohr2, Visual Vessel Design or similar.
- Experienced user of European industry standards and codes such as Eurocodes, machine directive and PED.
- Experience from 3D design tools as Inventor, SolidWorks, Catia, NX or similar is advantageous.
