Our client, a major oil and gas operator in Papua New Guinea, is looking for Permit to work Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be in interaction with all personal (Including external contractors) Involves in PTW Process.

Roles & Responsibilities
 
  • Coordinates the planning of site activities.
  • Maintain the PRL-15 PTW database (record new PTW, update status, ensure proper closure, etc.)
  • Provides the necessary support to the performing authorities during the preparation phase of the PTW.
  • Ensures all requested documentation is attached to the submitted PTW.
  • Updates the PTW's status daily for daily reports.
  • Coordinates PTW Auditing process on site, including the allocations of audits to relevant personnel.
  • Prepares the daily PTW meeting led by the RSES.
  • Conduct PTW training on-site and maintain the PRL-15 list of authorized personnel.
  • Periodic review and update of the PRL15 PTW procedure.
  • Prepares the yearly revision of the list of activities done under verbal instructions.
  • Manages the archiving of PTW and associated documents.
  • Produces statistical reports of PTW activities as required by the HSE Superintendent.
  • Manages the stock management of PTW, Complementary PTWs, Safety Green light forms, Life-saving checklists, and Hanamoa Kads.
  • Ensures appropriate preparation and transmission of handover documents for their back-to-back.  Handover notes must include the main concerns of the shift, the significant events, and the ongoing actions requiring a close follow up. The HSE Superintendent will review the handover before the transmission.
  • Supports the HSE Superintendent on other site activities as required and within their capability.

Required Qualifications / Experience
 
  • Technical education of a minimum of two years.
  • A good working knowledge and skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills with both internal & external interlocutors
  • Working knowledge and experience in data base management.
  • An understanding of the principles of the PTW pro
