Elevate Your Career in Plant Operator with Airswift
We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team and work for a major client in Fort Lupton, Colorado for a 9-month contract with potential for extension or permanent placement. As a contractor, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our gas processing facility.
Role Overview
- Assist in filter changes and daily read ups.
- Start and stop pumps, compressors, and other equipment.
- Perform Lock out Tag out procedures.
- Conduct minor maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Learn and operate plant operating control systems.
- Read and understand P&IDs.
- Complete daily reports using computer proficiency.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and be a team player.
- Pay attention to detail and prioritize safety.
- Work primarily Monday through Friday with potential for nights and weekends.
- Be available for overtime as needed, including 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in natural gas and O&G operations.
- Knowledge of gas processing is a plus.
- Familiarity with plant operating control systems.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to complete daily reports.
- Ability to learn all aspects of gas plant operations.
- Attention to detail and safety oriented mindset.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
- Certifications in O&G or gas processing advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in plant operations or related field.
