JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience deploying Supply Chain Management software with focus on Supply Chain Planning including Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply, Distribution Planning, and Production Planning
• Understand statistical forecasting for Supply Chain
• Demonstrated ability to transform business needs into technical solution requirements
• Understanding of machine learning and AI applications in supply chain
• Ability to design and conduct data validation programs
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in Python a plus
• Knowledge of data integration patterns and ETL processes (Talend or Pentaho a plus)

A global technology consultancy who has a portfolio of resources projects in Australia. As a result of supporting these projects, we are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the team.
Your Responsibilities
- Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, APM, CPG, SAM/HAM, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Customization & Scripting: Customize ServiceNow platform, including workflows, UI actions, business rules, and service catalog items, using JavaScript and other tools to meet business needs.
- Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, and other APIs), ensuring seamless data exchange and efficient processes.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve system performance and scalability, ensuring the ServiceNow environment is efficient and meets user needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior developers and team members. Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.) and data management.
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting and automation, including Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Workflow Design.
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
