1. OBJECT

The service, the subject of this document, is part of the preliminary project and detailed studies for
the naval and offshore oil projects that we carry out

The requested service concerns the implementation and administration of 3D models with the AVEVA E3D software as well as support for the study teams working on these models.

2. WORK TO BE CARRIED OUT

The services that our client wishes to entrust consist of carrying out, under the responsibility of the pipe studies manager and based on project data:
- setting up 3D models at the start of projects and configuring tools to meet project needs
- creation / updating of 3D catalogs of piping / valves / supports / electricity / HVAC
- integration of point clouds from 3D laser surveys
- implementation of the progress measurement of the 3D Model
- integrity checks of data to be extracted from the 3D Model
- extraction of 3D magazines using Navisworks software
- extraction of data from the 3D Model for piping / faucet / electricity measurements, list of lines, list of supports etc...
- configuration of 2D plan outputs (piping isometrics, arrangement plans, support plans, etc.)
- interfaces between the different engineering disciplines and the software used (Inventor/AVEVA E3D/TEKLA
For example…)
- support to the study team for modeling in the 3D model and integration of piping networks,
electricity, HVAC, instrumentation and structure (interfacing with the naval structure part)

The service will also include:
- Participation in internal design reviews
- Verification of compliance with business rules, applicable standards and consistency of studies with project requirements
- The ability to be a force of proposal and a driving force in the delivery of the service, the treatment of difficult points, the lifting of reservations to ensure the objectives of deadlines, quality and costs.

3. PROFILE – EXPECTED SKILLS
To carry out the requested services, the incumbent must provide the following skills:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in piping studies and 3D modeling in the Energy, Petrochemicals and/or Oil & Gas fields
- Mastery of Aveva E3D / PDMS software for design, administration and management modules
3D catalog
- Mastery of business rules, applicable codes and international standards for the design of piping networks with solid knowledge of piping-valves equipment
- Mastery of design and 3D modeling of pipes and supports, and drawing
2D (isometrics, pipe plans, support plans, etc.).
- Good knowledge of programming and IT tools, mastery of Excel software
- Knowledge of IT development in PML (AVEVA solutions language) and VBA
tools and macros to improve quality and productivity on projects,
- Experience in the practice of material management databases would be appreciated


4. MATERIAL RESOURCES IMPLEMENTED
The client provides the furniture, computer equipment and software necessary to carry out the services.
 

Sr SAP Consultant Treasury – CLM
Location: Remote
Contract length: Until Dec 2024/Renewable
Start date: ASAP (Next week)
Requirements: EU experience is mandatory for this project + Must have S4 HANA experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS

• Supporting Cash flow analyzer (flow builder and its process for business) in Cash and Liquidity Management. Be an expert in derivation logic of liquidity items per GL and Queries. Able to set up both independently and explain it to the business counterparties.
• Cash concentration and Manual Bank Transfers
• Bank Account Management
• Secondly, it is advantageous to have experience with:
• Bank Communication Management including DMEE trees, Bank account Management
• Treasury and Risk Management in these ares: Forex, Money Markets, Derivatives, Trade Finance
• In House Cash
• Take ownership as the first contact for our stakeholders in Treasury & Risk Management department to receive and evaluate their requirements.
• Design and implement necessary technical solutions and customizing.
• Provide end-user training and furthermore support and practice knowledge exchange with your direct colleagues.

SKILLSET - Technical

• Extensive professional experience in working with SAP ERP system and highly skilled in doing customizing focused on Cash and Liquidity Management and particularly Cash Flow Analyser. Other modules are plus
• Experience with SAP S4HANA system, deep knowledge of business processes and experience with transformation projects
• Experience with customizing and maintaining Cash and Liquidity Management
• Ability to work independently and capabilities to present and communicate fluently in English
• German is a plus
• English B2 (able to communicate fluently with English speaking stakeholders, share ideas and provide reasoning)

Airswift is seeking for Business Technical Writer -  to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company.

Qualification:

• Bachelor or Master level degree in Business, Computer, Information Science or a related field.

Experience:

• Eight years (8) years of experience in a business environment with specific exposure in Business Process and Data Analysis relating to Project Management required, preferably in oil and gas industry.
• Must have strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations.
• Experience in statistical and data mining techniques (Data Mining, Cleaning and Munging) to mind and analyze data from company databases, ERP and other legacy data sources/systems to drive optimization techniques and business strategies.
• Experience Data Visualization, dashboard and Reporting using Data Visualization Tools such as (Power PI, Tableau, SAS, Python, etc.) with experience using web services and clouds tools.
• Knowledge in Master data object definitions and models would be an advantage
• Knowledge in Business Process Analysis, Modelling, Optimizing and Workflow automation.
• Experience in business process analysis, modelling, notation, process improvement methodologies, optimization strategies and statistical process control.
• Experience in documentation and diagramming approaches used to describe typical business components including entity relationship diagrams, process diagrams, and workflow diagrams.
• Good exposure of Project Management principles and practices.
• Thorough understanding of Business Process management and ability to plan / conduct study and document the results.
