  • RFP Development & Management: Oversee the development of Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, including managing contractor resource surveys, prequalification of bidders, and final negotiations to create a comprehensive Master Bid List for client approval.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements. Your expertise in working with suppliers within the EPCM framework will be key to maintaining project timelines and quality.
  • Contract Administration: Handle all aspects of contract administration, including creating, maintaining, and retrieving critical records, reports, and documents. Ensure that contract files are meticulously managed and up-to-date.
  • Proposal Analysis: Analyze the commercial portions of proposals, prepare detailed contract recommendations, and present them to project management and clients for final decisions.
  • Pre-Award Activities: Conduct pre-award activities such as contractor resource surveys and bidder prequalification to ensure that all potential partners meet the necessary standards for project success.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Extensive professional experience in contract management and procurement, with a strong background in managing German contracts. Experience in vendor and supplier management within EPCM or large-scale engineering projects is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
