JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work as technical support for offshore modifications projects (brownfield).
- Support the Project Leader on all technical aspects, making sure projects are delivered on time, cost and with desired standards.
- Evaluate project risks and assist Project Leader on management to ensure safe and secure execution.
- Stakeholder management to secure timely and accurate revision cycle of technical documents.
- Follow-up suppliers within project development (engineering/installation contractors and equipment suppliers).
- Be responsible to manage interface of quality tasks, including report and follow up non conformances.
- Offshore embarks may be required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering Bachelor's degree, eligibility to hold CREA. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Strong previous experience
- Field/offshore experience with the construction of an offshore unit or industrial plant – Topside experience is preferrable.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical multidiscipline subjects.
- Advanced English language knowledge spoken and written.
- Risk management experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to handle responsibility and high workloads.
- Open to digitization and technological improvements.
- Prior experience working in projects / Project management experience.
