- Apply project management techniques to lead, plan, schedule, and optimize resources for construction and other large-scale projects.
- Ensure high-quality project execution and effectively resolve schedule delays and conflicts.
- Lead, mentor, guide, and collaborate with individuals of diverse personalities and work styles to achieve successful outcomes.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of schedule delays and conflicts.
- Develop, maintain, and closely monitor project budgets to ensure timely and expected completion of projects.
- Regularly monitor project progress and deliver comprehensive status reports.
- Exercise sound judgment in decision-making, manage risk, and ensure compliance with all policies, laws, and regulations.

- Experience with WSDOT NEVI (National EV Infrastructure) and ZEVIP (Zero Emissions Vehicle Infrastructure Program).
- Experience with site lease agreements
- Thorough knowledge and experience with state and federal grant compliance.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
