Position: Project Team Lead

Contract length: Initially 12 Months - Subjected to extensions


Role Responsibilities
  • Full commitment to health and safety, leading project team compliance, including Safety by Design, Constructability, and Maintainability.
  • Defines, selects, and leads a multi-discipline/multi-location project team, setting clear objectives for scope, schedule, productivity, and budget.
  • Implements effective communication tools, ensuring all team members are informed about project status and key performance indicators.
  • Applies broad project knowledge (engineering, procurement, quality) to oversee successful execution, ensuring processes and methodologies are followed.
  • Understands EPC project delivery workflow, with basic knowledge of procurement, subcontracting, and on-site construction support.
  • Manages project scope, cost, schedule, and customer contract, ensuring compliance with design standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks, keeps a detailed risk register, and follows risk management procedures.
  • Builds trust with customers, vendors, and stakeholders, clearly communicates project requirements, and nurtures relationships.
  • Develops action plans, tracks progress, and addresses project issues, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Engineering degree and professional certification (e.g. PMP).
  • Extensive EPCM and EPC project management experience.
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Offices products like Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Access and Visio.
  • Proven leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
