This person will be responsible for the management of the process of commercial proposals of medium/high complexity, playing a fundamental role in effective communication with customers. The professional will be co-responsible for ensuring the high quality of the proposals, contributing to the improvement/achievement of the expected results and business growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the preparation and delivery of quality commercial/technical proposals, according to the client's specifications and expectations.
- Participate in all required technical, risk and HSEQ assessments, as well as complete and record all functional validations;
- Manage the needs and interests of the parties involved in the proposal, such as customers, suppliers, leaders, and subordinates, and define the priorities and deadlines for each task.
- Ensure that the estimate is consistent with commercial/technical information;
- Work together with all areas involved in the proposal for the construction and updating of a robust cost model;
- Ensure that the contractual and tax scheme is the most optimized for the proposal with the support of the company's Tax team;
- Ensure that the cash flow is aligned with the physical-financial schedule, following the process established by the company's Treasury;
- Ensure that any guarantees and insurance are considered, in accordance with the standards and procedures established by the company's related areas;
- Ensure that the project/prospect histogram is appropriate to the scope of work and aligned with the schedule;
- Act in accordance with the best practices and policies of the company's Tendering area;
- Follow up on meetings during the pursuit process and identify responsibilities and pertinent information when tendering;
- Identify business risks and opportunities, assessing related impacts;
- Review the tender protocol with a commercial perspective and prepare the necessary qualifications/clarifications;
- Manage the archiving of proposal information in sharepoint/network, following BMS procedures, and making this data available for audit (when requested)
- Graduation in Engineering, Economics or Administration.
- MBA or postgraduation in Finance, Business Management, Project Management or correlative areas.
- Strong experience in elaborating commercial proposals, preferably in O&G companies.
- Knowledge of finance and taxes.
- Fluent English.
