We are becoming global pioneers of a worldwide portfolio of green hydrogen, hydropower, geothermal, wind and solar resources, with projects across the globe. We are commencing on a green ammonia project and have proudly partnered with Airswift to obtain our desired growth in 2024.

We are currently looking for a Quality Lead for a Green ammonia project that is being worked on out of the project office located in Sandvika, Oslo. This would be on a long term contract initially on a 24 month term with the possibility of renewal. We can cater for both employed or self employed solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

Developing and implementing the Project Quality Plan.
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality strategies are defined and executed.
Ensuring compliance with the company’s quality framework.
Engaging contractors and suppliers to manage quality deliverables.
Conducting audits, facilitating risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions.
Promoting a quality-focused culture and ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Role Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a role of Quality Lead or Snr Quality Advisor Role
Experience providing quality execution throughout design, procurement, construction, commissioning and start up. i.e. Owner Operator, EPC, EPCM, EPCI
Experience with risk-based Quality assessment.
Experience working with OEM providers.
University degree in Engineering or significant Quality Management experience in major and/or mega projects, or;
Quality inspection related qualifications Examples: CSWIP, EEHA

One of the world’s largest independent commodities trading houses by turnover. Several major projects are being planned.

All projects are in the FEED phase and site preparations have started. He/she will participate in the project teams during the FEED, the detailed engineering, the construction, mechanical completion, the commissioning and start-up phase of the projects. He/she is responsibility for high quality electrical engineering deliverables, prepared by the engineering contractors during FEED and Detail Engineering and reviews key vendor documents. The sr. electrical engineer will be responsible for all aspects of the electrical designs, identifies & resolves non-compliances and works with others to resolve Electrical issues.

Position Description:       As a member of the Project team, he / she contributes to the maturing the projects and provide discipline expertise. The selected person will be responsible:

Review and approve project documents.
Assuring consistent application of standards and manages the control of any justifiable deviations.
Liaise effectively with other functions (Projects, Project Services, HSE, legal, Maintenance and Operations, e.g.).
Accountable for the quality of technical work and for the technical integrity, constructability, functionality, safe operation and reliability of designs.
Support electrical engineers of Engineering Contractors and Construction Contractors.

Key activities and accountabilities will include:

Establish a safety-first culture to the project.
Provide Engineering and Construction expertise.
Ensuring delivery to agreed quality standards, schedule and cost.
Build an excellent relationship and interface with OWNERs project
team and design/construction contractors.
Manage support with respect to HSE, Design Reviews, Quality Assurance and Control.
Implement the relevant engineering standards, capture lessons learned through pre- and post-project reviews, implement quality, and provide specialized technical support to projects and also to operations and maintenance.

15+ years engineering and Brownfield/Greenfield work experience
Good negotiation skills.
Good planning skills.
Good knowledge of policies, procedures and best practices in the areas his/her discipline.

Working experience on the entire project life cycle (from conceptual design through to final commissioning and handover).
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
Good communication skills and aptitude for taking initiatives are essential.

Thorough knowledge of projects and his discipline within engineering
Applied Knowledge of Dutch and European Norms.

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced electrician to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in electrical projects for industrial installations, switchboards and electrical panels and their integration, mainly using AutoCAD Electrical.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing and executing the integrated electrical design of industrial installations and optimum integration with mechanical and pneumatic systems to avoid interference.
Draw electrical schematics, panel layouts, cable and pipe routing diagrams with AutoCAD Electrical.
Design and integrate electrical panels, incorporating analog and digital signals,
ensuring their correct functionality and compatibility with general electrical systems.
Generate exhaustive reports, including lists of materials (BOM), technical documentation
and analysis of electrical projects to identify potential problems.
Effectively manage AutoCAD Electrical libraries, ensuring efficient selection and use of components.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Consideration will be given to or students close to graduation who fully meet the requirements will be considered.
Experience in electrical projects for industrial installations, preferably with AutoCAD Electrical and experience in designing and integrating electrical panels.
Proven experience in designing electrical systems.
Familiarity with NFPA 70 and other applicable electrical standards.
Knowledge of other electrical design software, such as Revit MEP or EPLAN.
Experience in preparing electrical specifications, technical documentation and bills of material.
Knowledge of bills of materials (BOM).
Ability to review electrical projects and identify potential problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English (B2 level or higher) is required for effective communication with international colleagues.
