Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in all customer interactions, including sales calls, presentations, trade shows, and meetings.
- Gather customer feedback from airlines and OEMs and share insights with product development teams.
- Analyze market conditions and customer seating needs to develop tailored sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the Manager-Customer Relations to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals.
- Lead RFP preparation and ensure proposals meet customer requirements.
- Maintain status reports and update internal systems (CRM).
- Build relationships and network to expand the customer base.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Support senior management in strategic initiatives and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry, with a focus on sales or airline cabin features.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
