- Cargo Ship Safety Radio Certificate
- International Oil Pollution Certificate
- International Sewage Prevention Certificate
- International Air Pollution Certificate
- International Certificate for the Carriage of Dangerous Goods
- International Load Line Certificate
- Document of Compliance
- Insurance
- International Ship and Port Security Code Certificate
- Safety Management Certificate
- Radio Licence
- Advise on negotiation strategies and tactics when engaging with Classification Societies and the Angolan Authorities
- Advise on practical solutions to close any gaps in certification requirements in the shortest time and most pragmatic way possible
- Assist the separate workstreams (Class, Statutory Certification and Administration) in preparing work packs, documentation and other requirements needed to gain the relevant certification
- Advise maintenance and project teams on and offshore on how to practically execute marine scopes required for Certification
- Assist the Project Manger in project plan preparation, prioritisation and project oversight and tracking
Required Skills:
- Be qualified in one of the three marine disciplines (STCW Class 1 Certificate of Competency Deck or Marine Engineering or a Degree in Naval Architecture)
- Have practical Upstream Oil and Gas experience of the operation of FPSOs
- Be familiar with the Classification and Statutory Certification requirements for FPSOs
- Have experience working with Classification Societies and Flag State Administrations
- Have Project Management qualifications and experience
- Hold the necessary certifications to travel offshore to an oil and gas installation (OEUK (or equivalent) offshore medical, BOSIET, Seaman’s Book)
- Experienced in working in a multicultural environment, influencing without authority and remote collaboration
