Tasks:
- Directly supervising the subcontractors, immediately taking the necessary corrective actions in the event of a discrepancy with the HSE SITE PLAN, the execution plans, the operating procedures, the phasing, the quality procedures, the schedules and informs the site manager or superintendent.
- Participate in the drafting of work permits and special permits.
- Verify that the Companies are working with the documents under proper review.
- Verify the consistency of the companies' work program with the Technip schedule and the associated prerequisites. and the associated prerequisites.
- Ensure that the work permit applications of the companies for which they are responsible are in line with the scheduled activities,
- Prepare the orders for additional and additional work.
- Supervise and controlling the outputs of equipment, e.g.: piping, cables, instrumentation, with the Equipment Manager.
- Ensure that the companies for which they are responsible carry out their work with the appropriate work permits, issued by the Site Operator.
- Examining the detailed schedules of the Companies.
- Participating in the self-checks carried out by the companies, and reports to the QA/QC manager any non-compliance with the rules of the art or the client's standards.
- Monitoring the progress reported by the Companies.
- Verifying the information reported on the "as-built" documents.
- Preparing and supervise punch work lists.
- Participating in weekly meetings with subcontractors and suppliers: making sure of advancement, quality, security and daily during the shutdown work.
- Responsible for the company’s for on-site quality control following procedures and reports to the Field Engineer.
- Providing the necessary technical assistance to companies, especially in the Engineering/Production interface.
- Reporting every evening on the progress of the work on each intervention sheet or range. Responsible for the report.
- Organizing the work according to the instructions of the site manager or the superintendent.
- Controlling the daily reports of the workforce present on site and reports to the zone manager.
- Writing feedback.
