Rotating Machinery Supervisor:
We are seeking a skilled Rotating Machinery Supervisor to join our team on a full-time contract basis in Paris, France. As a leader in the industry, we offer the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on major projects.
Role Overview
- Direct and guide construction subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Manage interfaces between disciplines and subcontractors on site
- Demonstrate an interdisciplinary mindset, autonomy, and honesty
- Utilize mechanical and rotating machine skills to supervise and coordinate construction activities
- Evaluate subcontractor performance and provide technical feedback
- Ensure quality of construction and installation work according to contract requirements
- Coordinate resolution of technical issues and provide missing engineering documents and materials
- Take corrective and preventive action on non-conformances
- Provide progress reports and review progress measures and billing statements
- Complete weekly reports and projections for cost to completion
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Rotating Equipment Engineering
- Experience with Mechanical Skills and Rotating Machine Skills
- Proven ability to supervise and lead teams
- Interdisciplinary mindset for effective collaboration
- Technical experience and leadership skills
- Knowledge of safety and quality policies
- Fluency in English
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Previous experience in project and construction management
- Development of rotating machines experience
- N1, N2 or equivalent (CAV) certification
