Senior NPI Designer (Civil/ Architectural)

• Identify, assess, develop and manage new programs and new business opportunities across multiple industry verticals including Logistics, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Food and Apparel leading to successful commercialization efforts.
• Own responsibility for execution and sales results by close collaboration with the commercial front end team and cross BU support.
• Develop full solutions stack offering (both inhouse and external partnerships) to address targeted Segment Use cases.
• Work with prospective Brand Owners (clients/customers) to identify unmet needs, and present compelling solutions.
• Initiate, determine, and present ROI business case analysis to Brand Owners.
• Stay abreast of industry trends by attending trade shows, events and staying on top of market insights as well as global branding trends.
• Communicate and link key value propositions, differentiators to clients with innovative solutions.
• Craft customized go-to-market strategies for ASEAN sub-regions, target segments, use cases and individual clients.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field strongly preferred.
• Ability to develop go-to market strategy, as well as execute activities in cross-functional matrix structure.
• At least 10 years of experience in market development, business development or sales.
• Detail oriented, project management and communication skills a must.
• Strong influencing skills and storytelling skills and ability to champion projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization, ability to gain buy-in from senior-level executives.
• Ability to travel frequently
• Previous Digital ID technology experience and knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A demonstrated track record in developing and executing new business opportunities.

Location: Perth, Hybrid
Duration: 12 months initial contract (strong prospects of a contract extension and long-term opportunities)

The Role

We are seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to join a high-performing and established team of engineers and designers at our centrally located Perth CBD office. Reporting to the Principal Civil Engineer, you will lead and manage a team, providing technical expertise and guidance across various stages of the project, from studies to implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and guidance across various stages of the project, from feasibility studies to implementation.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers and designers, spearheading their development.
• Mentor civil engineering staff, ensuring they are trained and competent to carry out their roles safely and efficiently.
• Apply a comprehensive understanding of civil engineering principles to deliver practical and economical solutions that meet client requirements.
• Ensure technical solutions are developed in close coordination with related disciplines.
• Produce and coordinate the production of documentation, specifications, and project deliverables within agreed timeframes and budget.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated experience working on projects in the Pilbara region.
• Proven experience in study and design projects within the heavy haul rail or mining industry.
• Strong capability as a technical leader and mentor, with the ability to manage a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to build professional relationships both internally and client-facing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse and resolve complex issues.
• Only candidates with the right to work in Australia will be considered (Australian Citizen, PR holder, or Valid Australia working VISA).

• Ensure the project scope is clear and identify changes to scope as required in line with project change management processes.
• Prepare and review the production of detailed design deliverables including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, datasheets, calculations and reports.

• An Australian recognised Bachelor qualification in mechanical engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of the fundamental requirements of the discipline, including:

• Competent in the use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and discipline specific including: AFT Fathom / Fluid Flow 3, Non compressible and compressible fluid system analysis. Navisworks, Bluebeam / Adobe Suite etc.
