- Execute engineering deliverables for Process and Utilities department to ensure safe, fit-for-purpose, robust and cost-effective Topsides and Marine and utility design and operation.
- Execution of all engineering deliverables planned by line Manager/ Lead Engineer.
- Execute Concept Selection Study, Engineering Definition deliverables and FEED deliverables throughout all phases of engineering.
- Execute preparation of MDR, basis of design, process simulation report, process flow diagram, heat and mass balance report, equipment sizing, calculation report, process datasheets, engineering analysis, engineering drawings and equipment/ packages specification at conceptual, Engineering Definition and FEED level.
- Review FEED and DDE deliverables by sub-contractors and revert comments as per OBU Management Standards.
- Identify design changes in FEED and DDE deliverables by sub-contractors and provide input to Lead Process Engineer.
- Plan continuous development for technical and leadership capability to support MISC vision and mission.
- Carry out documentation and data management as per OBU Management Standards for Process & Utilities deliverables.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 7 to10 years of work experience in O&G sector. Relevant experience in working with a process and safety design consultant for engineering upstream facility as a senior engineer.
- Experience in floaters type design aspect (Conceptual Study, FEED and DDE) and EPC project are an added advantage.
- Able to operate HYSYS, MySEP and perform process line and equipment sizing calculation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline.
- Registered with BEM or equivalent recognized professional body certification i.e. UK Chartered Engineer.
