The role

Are you a Senior Project Manager with experience in delivering complex mining projects? Are you passionate about driving sustainable capital projects while managing client relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams? We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a leading engineering consultancy on critical mining initiatives starting in January 2025.


This is a priority position that combines project management, business development, and account management responsibilities. The successful candidate will oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring high standards in safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, with a strong focus on EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) within the mining sector.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and change processes to achieve project objectives.
  • Drive sustainable capital solutions, aligning project goals with environmental and economic considerations.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 clients and asset owners.
  • Oversee resource allocation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes on time and within budget.


What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Demonstrated experience in project management within an engineering consultancy setting.

Comprehensive knowledge of EPCM delivery models and multi-client scheduling.

Proven expertise in budget management, resource planning, and change management.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-level
stakeholders.

A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering innovative, sustainable solutions.
