Airswift is seeking a Service Manager to work on a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Maintenance and repair of vessels and floating structures Company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Management of the company's Service Department in the country, including the team of onshore/offshore technicians and service planners;
Responsible for maintaining contact and negotiating with clients, ensuring a high level of quality and safety in services, in accordance with company policy;
Managing the technicians' schedules in such a way as to maximize their use in the services, as well as the equipment and tools required;
Ensuring that the services carried out are duly approved by the clients, allowing invoices to be issued by the Finance Department;
Ensuring that the financial performance of the services is carried out in accordance with the budget defined by the Commercial Department and the contracts in force;
Ensuring that the financial objectives of revenue and profitability defined in the annual budget are achieved;
Interacting with the other areas of the company, allowing for an alignment of objectives in order to maximize the company's performance;
Being the focal point with all the company's other technical service areas at the head office and around the world;
Ensuring compliance with operating procedures and QHSE policies;
Coordinating access for all technical and administrative staff to updated procedures issued by the company's headquarters;
Defining and monitoring the achievement of team performance indicators (KPIs);

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 
Full degree in Engineering, in the Mechanical, Naval or Production specialties;
Previous experience in the Oil & Gas and/or Maritime markets;
Fluent written and spoken English mandatory;
Proven experience of working in a multicultural environment, in an international organization;
Strong skills in customer service, service project management and quality assurance;
Strong ability to work as part of a team, leading diverse and multidisciplinary teams;
