As a Contract Site Environmental Engineer for our client, you will have the opportunity to work on complex infrastructure and plants while ensuring environmental compliance and sustainability.

Role Overview

  • Conduct HSE inspections and assessments to identify potential environmental impacts of activities
  • Provide guidance and support for the development and improvement of the Environmental Management System
  • Perform studies and analyses related to environmental issues
  • Develop and implement mitigation measures to reduce environmental impact
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure environmental compliance during all phases of project execution
  • Conduct analysis and studies on environmental impact for both normal and upset conditions
  • Stay updated on laws and regulations related to the environment and advise on authorizing processes

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience in conducting environmental compliance inspections
  • Familiarity with Environmental Impact Assessments and Management Systems
  • Ability to perform analysis and studies related to environmental issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify potential environmental impacts
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Certifications in HSE or Environmental Management Systems advantageous
  • Experience in a similar role
