The role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead the development of hydrogen production systems through electrolysis. This role involves process design, risk analysis, and safety planning to support cutting-edge hydrogen solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop process flow diagrams and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
- Write operational manuals and functional analyses.
- Conduct mass and energy balance calculations.
- Participate in HAZOP studies and ensure the follow-up of actions.
- Draft Safety Requirement Specifications for Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
- Perform ATEX zoning calculations.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree in chemical, mechanical, or electromechanical fields.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in chemical, petrochemical, or hydrogen sectors.
- Proficiency in developing P&IDs and functional analyses.

The role:
The client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the execution of hydrogen-related projects. This role involves ensuring technical compliance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to timelines while optimizing design and costs.
Responsibilities:
- Apply and manage the design process.
- Coordinate internal and external design teams.
- Organize design review and technical coordination meetings.
- Prepare RFQ packages and manage technical negotiations with suppliers.
- Oversee supplier engineering and ensure technical documentation quality.
- Assess technical risks and apply internal standards.
- Act as a key contact for mechanical erection and commissioning advisors.
- Promote quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Prioritize tasks and develop team competencies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in engineering (civil or industrial).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical environment; field experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of international codes and norms (e.g., EN, ISO, ASME).
- Proficiency in reading mechanical and electrical drawings, P&ID’s, and product processes.
- Fluent in English and French with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organized, assertive, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

We are seeking a Senior Safety Assurance Engineer to work across a pipeline of rail projects in Australia. Considerable experience in System Safety Assurance in Rail or Defence is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in Systems Engineering and Safety Assurance across various projects in rail, energy or defence.
- Engage with clients to support project scoping, requirements, and solution development.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and help expand our SESA services across multiple industries.
- Develop associated safety cases and SFAIRP arguments in support of design type, testing and commissioning approvals, representing arguments to stakeholders such as regulatory bodies, operations, asset maintainers.
- Support and manage CCBs
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 8+ years System Safety engineering experience
- Safety Experience with application experience of CENELEC standards - EN50126, EN50128 and EN50129
- Robust knowledge of the Systems Engineering V-Lifecycle
- Ability to produce safety analyses and documentation (such as Goal Structured Notation (GSN), PHA, SHA, IHA, ETA, FTA, QRA, Safety Cases)
- Understanding of Systems Engineering, Requirements Management, RAM, Human factors, Cybersecurity is desirable
- Familiar with software such as DOORS (Classic or NG)
