Job Description:
- Conduct subsea pipe lay analysis to ensure the safe and efficient installation of subsea pipelines, considering factors such as seabed conditions, water depth, and vessel capabilities.
- Perform riser and umbilical analysis to assess the integrity and dynamic response of these components under various operational conditions.
- Conduct dynamic analysis of subsea structures, including but not limited to, flexible and rigid pipes, pipelines, and riser systems.
- Perform interference studies to identify potential clashes and conflicts during the installation and operation of subsea infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the design of subsea pipelines, structures, and associated equipment.
- Conduct pipe design, considering material selection, welding specifications, and structural requirements.
- Perform on-bottom and free-span studies to evaluate the stability of subsea pipelines on the seabed.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in subsea engineering and practical experience in using relevant software tools.
- Bachelor / Master (Naval Architect, Subsea Engineering)
- Good understanding of subsea pipeline, Riser, umbilicals, design, operation and installation.
- Collaborate with naval architects, structural engineers, project managers and other subsea engineers .
- Should be proficient in report writing, good communication skills and multitasking capability
- Utilize software tools such as Moses, OrcaFlex, Offpipe, Ansys, Abaqus and other relevant platforms for subsea simulations and analyses.
- Generate technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate analysis results and recommendations to project teams and clients.
