Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as a central point of contact and report to Site Coordinator.
- Monitor team members participation to ensure the training they are being provided is put into use and see if any additional training is needed.
- Assist in allocating tasks to the staff.
- Provide feedback on behalf of the team to help coordinating and scheduling work activities.
- Provide timely notifications of any outage affecting completion of the assigned tasks and request technical support.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
- Proficient user of Microsoft and other related software applications
- Extensive knowledge and understanding in management of documentation systems and controls.
- Extensive knowledge of development of Operating & Maintenance procedures, Work Instructions and Training material.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawing and manuals.
- Excellent analytical skill
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to the most challenging situations and multicultural work environments.
- Extensive experience in working in a multi-national environment.
- Ability to concentrate on detailed work for long periods of time and strong organizational skills and use these skills, knowledge, and abilities to achieve daily tasks.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
