We are working with our client based in Qatar to source TELECOM SPECIALIST. This is residential contract to be based in Qatar.
Qualification :
- Engineer or technician with more than 10 years’ experience in O&G facility construction, project or operations
- Technical background with Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Telecom Construction, Project, commissioning or Maintenance of O&G
- Experience in offshore telecom, commissioning and brownfield activities under SIMOPS Conditions.
Job Purpose:
- To safely and efficiently lead and supervise brownfield activities executed by the EPC Contractor related to Telecom Discipline
- Provides safety, Health and Environmental leadership by example to the Project Team and contractor, its subcontractors and site vendors
- Responsible for ensuring the contractor team implements and sustains its obligations and responsibilities for HSES project deliverables.
- To deliver project phase requirements, milestones as defined in schedule in line with COMPANY Management System
- To supervise and control the activities of the Contractor/Subcontractors related to the Telecom operations and Commissioning to ensure that it complies with contractual requirements, project documentation and applicable International Standards.
- To Liaise with Contractors/Subcontractors for all Telecom subjects, commissioning and ensure the Contractors/Subcontractors progress follow up and reporting.
