JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledge of block acquisition costs, risks of an offer.
To develop and execute strategies for establishing new exploration and production joint ventures and partnerships with multiple international companies and Petrobras.
To identify, mature, and develop the business development of upstream opportunities.
To organize participating in OPP and OPC bidding rounds.
To participate in the negotiations of contracts and agreements related to acquisitions, JV management, JOA, and Unitization agreements.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required.
Bachelor's Major: Geology, reservoir, engineering, operations, economics, and related majors or backgrounds in oil and gas upstream business.
MBA or CFA are advantages but not compulsory.
Experience in block acquisition costs, risks of a bid.
Working model: On site – Monday to Friday
