Our major client is seeking an Offshore Personnel Logistics Coordinator to work within their facilities located in Galliano, LA for a 12-month assignment.
The focus of the individual we are looking for will be the management of people traveling to and from the Flotel via Helicopter.
The assignment of their accommodations and management of their transfer across the bridge to and from the Blind Faith
Helipass and normal computer programs (Excel, Word, etc.) will be the primary computer programs they use.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Management of POB (People on Board) on board, including the forecasting
  • Ensure accurate POB accounting at all times.
  • Liaise with both Facilities for personnel movement and POB accounting between facilities.
  • Maintain Manifest and Muster- All flotel residents.
  • Makes visitor passes for those that crossover to the BLF FPU (Blind Faith Floating Production)
  • Liaise with gangway attendant to ensure proper POB transfer accounting
  • Create Flight Manifests utilizing the Manifest and Muster program to build the flight Arrival/ Departure Manifest
    (Helipass)
  • Manage flotel arrivals and departures.
  • Make Electronic Badge for Guest Coordinates with radio office vessel traffic to/from Flotel.
  • Gives HES Lead a list of all new personnel that require orientations.
  • Participates as a member of the site Emerg
  • Assign bunks based on the Protocol sheet (both Locations)
  • Participate in accommodation inspections
  • Enter all flotel residents in EPIC and issue visitor cards
  • Makes visitor passes for those that crossover to the BLF FPU
Experience, Training & Competency
  • It is recommended that the suitable personnel for this position have extensive experience in the oversight of complex integrated logistics systems involving Aviation personnel in an offshore environment.
  • Active HUET certification card and valid driver’s license or state ID is required
Describe any unique complexity that should be considered when evaluating this position:
  • This role will be responsible for the logistics flow of personnel to the Prosafe Concordia Flotel which will be contracted to work alongside the Blind Faith FPU, as such the role will require working offshore on a 2/2-week rotational basis.
  • The successful candidate will need to be an independent, mature, and experienced individual who can manage a diverse workforce and deal with the rigors and demands of regular travel and working in remote locations.
  • The operations at the Flotel offshore will run 7 days a week and the role will be on call with an expectation that periods of work outside of normal hours may be required during heightened states of activity
