As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promotion and leading sales of valve product and spare parts for projects in the industry of oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, chemical, power and other industries.
Your responsibility will include
- Developing & executing sales plan to win projects, keep close communicate and influence customer, promote products.
- Submitting technical & commercial proposal, evaluate market price, attending biding etc. sales activities.
- Developing, managing customer relationship, regular communicate & engagement with customers.
- Cooperating with OEM to chase sales opportunities and develop winning strategies.
- Collecting market intelligence, pursue new projects, generate spare part requirements.
- Achieving the quarterly & annual sales OP.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical.
- Have control & safety valves experience preferred.
- Have general flow & process understanding is an asset.
- Have proven sales track record especially in oil & gas and power segments for given territory.
- Have valid driving license and willing to travel (approximately 75% travel)
- Have excellent presentation, communication, influencing, negotiation and deal closing skills with impressive computer and network skills.
- Be fluent in Azerbaijani, English & Russian, strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate successful experience in B2B Sales – Oil & Gas and Power.
- Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
