Airswift launches three new strategic delivery centres and adds 30 more staff
Manchester, UK, 1st June 2017: Airswift, the global workforce solutions provider for the energy, process and infrastructure sectors, is launching three new strategic delivery centres. Located in Baku, Azerbaijan, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Rio de Janerio, Brazil, the sites will employ more than 30 new staff dedicated to 24/7 global client recruitment support for large-scale and expat hiring.
Chosen for their span of time zones, existing infrastructure and quality of talent, the centres will focus solely on building candidate databases and recruiting for global positions across all sectors – in particular energy where hiring is ramping up. The centres will also proactively develop contractor candidate pools for emerging client sectors such as power, rail and telecommunications.
The sites will complement Airswift’s global network of 52 offices by offering additional recruitment support– enabling existing teams to focus on discipline-specific hires and mobilisation of candidates. This will give Airswift additional flexibility and scalability to provide clients with quick, efficient and dedicated options to scale-up recruiting when required.
Peter Searle, CEO at Airswift, comments: “It’s important that we continue to enhance the recruitment services we provide clients. The industries we work in move at a rapid pace, so it’s absolutely essential that we can ramp up hiring efforts quickly for large-scale projects. Our aim is to always be one step ahead of our clients’ needs, which is why we’re proactively investing in developing our candidate pools in emerging sectors.”
