30th September 2024 - Airswift, a global leader in workforce solutions for the engineering and technology sectors, has announced several strategic appointments and promotions within its global leadership team.
Louise Bancroft has been promoted to Chief HR Officer. With over 13 years of experience working across all business areas, Louise has proven a vital leader in driving Airswift’s HR development programs, processes, and talent management. In addition to her new role, Bancroft will also take on the position of Business Ethics Officer, overseeing compliance across the company.
James Allen has been appointed to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer. With nearly 25 years at Airswift, James has played a pivotal role in growing the EMEA region and is well-positioned to lead global operations. Allen will continue to manage Ducatus, Legal, and Kazakhstan while expanding his responsibilities to include oversight of the PMO, Transformation, IT, Quality, Marketing & Bids, and Strategic Global Accounts.
Pete Denham has been promoted to President – EMEA, succeeding James Allen. Denham’s outstanding leadership in expanding E&A operations, achieving close to $20 million in EBITDA, has earned him this significant role. His expanded responsibilities now include the Middle East, Azerbaijan, and Airswift’s Employer of Record (formerly Global Employment Outsourcing) service line.
Callum Donaldson was promoted earlier this month to Senior Vice President, overseeing both Oil and Gas and STEM sectors in the USA. With an impressive track record, Donaldson brings fresh insights to the wider STEM business, positioning Airswift for continued success in this critical market.
In addition to these leadership changes, Airswift is proud to welcome Pete Denham, Charles Pfauwadel, Callum Donaldson, and Damir Tomicic to the Executive Team, and Tony Cliffe and Andy Greenwood to the Operations Board. These leaders have demonstrated exceptional contributions to their respective business units and global functions, and their expanded roles will continue to drive Airswift’s strategic objectives.
