Airswift (Air Energi Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Smartplant P&D (SPID) Administrator (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Atyrau, 5\2. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.

Job Description: 
The prime responsibility of this position will be to manage the SPID Application for use in various projects and activities. This includes data assurance conforms to Company specifications, perform claims and merges of relevant data, review and implement database and symbol change requests, review output reports for consistency and provide support and training to users. He/she will be involved in the transition and implementation of Company SPID data to Company Base Business.
SPID Administration:
•    Database management as position will work with site IT team for equipment maintenance, database upgrades, and configuration of live/working environments.
•    Quality Assurance of data, monitor project information, claim, and merge relevant data, review and implement database and symbol change requests, review output reports for consistency.
•    Assist project teams with the configuration and generation of engineering deliverables.
•    Update, configure, and maintain SPID database reports.
•    Ensure change management control procedures comply and documented before configuration changes are performed in the database structure. 
•    Work in a collaborative multi-discipline environment, supporting various users, projects executed by the company.
•    Coordinate work between teams that use SPID and other SmartPlant tools.
•    Execute multiple initiatives/projects at the same time and adjust priorities as business needs change.
•    Make informed decisions based on situation assessment and consideration of consequences. 
•    Ensure SPID requirements are followed by all users.
•    Perform existing SPID specifications and procedures updates.
•    Write SPID specifications and User guides for use for across various engineering teams in a Company. 
Interactions:
•    Works directly with project team and engineering business partners to provide them technical support in such areas as report configuration, engineering deliverable setup, and database management.  
•    Provide user interface support and ability to troubleshoot as issue arise from Company or Engineer BP users.
•    Align requirements with Major capital projects and works directly with project team to handover as-built project database to integrate with current base business SPID system.
•    Regulate Business Partner (BP) project team in the Company SPID usage guidelines.  
•    Provide introductoryCompany SPID instruction to new users.
Job Specification and requirements: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Process engineering or equivalent is preferred.
•    Not less than 7 years discipline design engineering experience in Oil and Gas related to Process.  Should have minimum 3 years previous experience as SmartPlant Administrator.
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint. Proficient in SQL (Structured Query Language) and experience in both MS SQL and Oracle is recommended.
•    Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and projects.
•    Must be able to work independently and act on his/her own initiative.
•    Kazakh, Russian, English Language Knowledge not less than Company  level 3; must be able to hold daily meetings, communications, good writing, presenting skills in English.
•    RoK citizenship.
