Job description:
This role is required to work within KTL Switchgear Upgrade (KSU) project Completions Team.
Candidate must have experience of document control activities on a capital project and be fluent with project document control processes and procedures.
This position supports the execution of Information Management (IM) specifications and overall management of technical information, including creation, maintenance, implementation, and handover. The position is responsible for provision of information and documentation to vendors and contractors to ensure that technical information that is delivered meets the requirements of end users and standards and specifications. This position is responsible for correct control and distribution of information to and from Contractors, Vendors and Operations.
Job Specification and requirements:
Higher degree education (technical or liberal)
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Major Capital Project experience is preferred.
Business level of English language Intermediate (spoken and written)
Experienced MS Office user, Document Management Systems, AutoCAD
