Airswift (Air Energi Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Security Coordinator (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 28\28. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.
Job Description:
• Coordinates and supervises the security guards' operational activities in the assigned area of responsibility.
• Coordinates actions in the security of industrial (residential) facilities through the 24-hour operation of stationary posts, car and foot patrols.
• Monitors business partner compliance with Company policies and security procedures.
• Participates in the security personnel mobilization and demobilization, as well as the posts opening and closing.
• Participates in the audit of the receipt on the balance sheet / removal from the vehicles balance assigned to the security.
• Receives and executes Security instructions for day-to-day site security tasks, interacts with facility owners, construction project managers and Conmpany business partners in the process of securing facilities.
• Conducts analysis of security risks and threats, based on this analysis, develops and implements measures to eliminate and improve facility security.
• Interacts with safety officials at Company business partners and holds regular working meetings with them to discuss safety issues and exchange information on the situation.

• Interacts with and supports the incident command center, and precisely executes all commands of the chief of command when convening and participating in EMT-2.
• Interacts with the site operator, receives and analyzes information about important and critical work planned at the site, training drills, work involving a large number of personnel, using heavy machinery and special equipment, on the basis of which sets tasks and conducts instructions with the security personnel.
• Interfaces with internal investigation, physical security, and technical support teams and participates in the initial on-scene investigation, facility inspection and post receiving processes, and Security equipment.
• Participates in the business partner company's safety process and works with the CHESM Team Leaders of the Safety Department.
• Draws up reports, informs about detected deficiencies and takes measures to eliminate them with support of physical security team.
Job Specification and requirements:
1. Higher education
2. work experience not less than 5 years.
3. Strong oral and written communication skills at all levels of management. English proficiency is welcomed.
4. Skills: confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
