Productivity Engineer understands the functionalities, configuration and features of relevant modules of Advanced Project Execution, On-site construction and services and Quality. Available right on the project and help project teams who are involved in planning or managing the execution.
· Responsible for deriving useful metrics, reports and channelize real time data to the dashboard.
· They also take care of data sharing and execution monitoring requirements will be familiarized to the project teams so that information is seamlessly moving across the system.
Job Responsibilities
As a Productivity Engineer, you will need to:
1. Implementation, Training assistance, Configuration, and Deployment of business requirements. Coordination Activities for Teknobuilt Solutions and Services on client-specific projects.
2. Responsible for driving standardization, and integration across projects for synergy and efficiencies. Available right on the project and help project teams who are involved in planning or managing the execution.
3. Working closely with the projects as part of the team coordinates day-to-day activities and works as an interface for enabling the appropriate processes.
4. Liaison with the Client team and Company’s internal product & operations team to deliver all aspects of the awarded work scope.
5. Project support and Executive assistance; Assist in strategic planning, market opportunity assessments, and support to develop and execute Project Implementation plans.
6. Project Site support and operations; Work closely with Subject Matter Experts and Product team to deliver value to client.
7. Help client, PMO team, AWP/ WFP Teams, and owners in project execution including coordination between site, client head office, and stakeholders.
8. Work with stakeholders including the Executives, Product, Data, and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
9. Help with onboarding of stakeholders into Company’s flagship product and promote usage skillfully overcoming any user resistance. Effectively promote the use of product and develop healthy relationships with stakeholders to become a reliable and approachable person for the project.
10. Develop expertise in Company’s processes; Identify, prepare and map client’s current workflow processes in an “as-is” manner. Analyse for potential improvements; Work closely with Company’s operations team to identify and suggest improvements for the client’s processes. and bring in Client and Customer requirements.
11. Develop the implementation plan and strategy for deployment of improvements through process or system; Work closely with the product development (software) team for user feedback, bug fixes, and product improvements.
12. Preparation of business workflows / detailed functional requirements for enhancing Company’s product. Identify and assist in enhancing Teknobuilt Products and Services for continuous improvement.
13. Keep informed and up-to-date knowledge base with Industry standards and best practices; Familiarise with Company’s projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
Masters in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Construction Management or equivalent skill set.
· Added advantage of having proficiency in Project Management tools such as Primavera and designing 3D tools such as Naviswork.
· Familiarity in Engineering Procurement and Construction Projects.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Visio.
· Preferably three to four years of experience in Industrial or construction project

- Manage operational planning, including staffing and improvement projects, to meet business and technology objectives.
- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and increase yields for commercial scalability.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and repair to maintain uninterrupted production.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering for product development and scale-up processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Manage a team of process engineers and operations staff, providing leadership and support for their growth.
- Offer technical guidance and troubleshooting support to operations staff.

Education / Experience:
- 15+ years of operations experience in chemical manufacturing, preferably in oil and gas refining or petrochemical industries.
- Specific experience in leading production operation shift teams at a chemical plant operating facility is strongly desired.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering would be an asset.
- Experience in operations of a novel chemical process to support development and scale up would be an asset.
- Demonstrated progression and increasing levels of accountability in plant operations roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and management skills.
- Proficiency in regulatory requirements, budget management, and relevant software
The consultant Project Manager embodies three main aspects of company works:
- Project Implementation and Support of Execution:

How the ideal candidate’s background sounds like:
• 15+ years of multi-discipline experience along with either project management, project controls, or construction management in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.
• Some direct field experience in construction projects will be an asset.
• An Engineering Degree in any EPC discipline along with SCRUM, PMP, LEAN, or Six SIGMA management methods will be desirable.
• Client-facing roles as project manager, senior project engineer, or other roles in project delivery will help transition to this job role easily.
• Good communication skills, an outcomes-driven business impact, process improvement and a sense to challenge the norm, supporting pre-sales and post-sales work are needed to be successful.
Qualifications:
