Responsibilities will include the following specific tasks:
• Oversee deliverable review processes and track action item closure. • Coordinate project execution efforts between Fidelis resources, third-party technology licensors, EPCs, and vendors.
• Assist with tracking of project performance against established metrics.
• Manages and coordinates various meetings, minutes of meeting, action logs, risk register, etc.
• Understands the project scope and monitor any changes proactively and communicate to project leadership.
• Communicates various reports including schedule, progress, outstanding matters to project leadership.
Qualification & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in project engineering for process industries
• B.S. in Engineering or related discipline
• Strong communications and presentation skills
• Able to coordinate work within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office, Teams, Bluebeam, SharePoint & other collaboration tools.

General Responsibilities
- Performs work in storeroom areas located in maintenance bases and line operations including receiving, issuing, provisioning, checking, classifying, inventorying, and storing of supplies, equipment, parts and materials
- Opening, packaging, and sealing of boxes and crates
- Work may be performed indoors and outdoors where employees may be exposed to wide variety of weather conditions, noises and fumes and machinery
- Performance of duties, will include climb & work from ladders, bend & stoop in confined areas and stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
- Heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling in the loading and unloading of trucks, carts, and conveyors
- Fuelling assigned vehicles
- Transporting parts and materials between various locations, sorting, and counting items and preparing labels and related ticketing documents
- Reading and interpreting documents or instructions to build kits for use in aircraft change orders, first aid, in-flight and charter services
- Responsibility for maintaining an orderly and safe work area and maintaining familiarity with operating procedures, general rules and regulations
- Operating a variety of equipment with manual and automatic transmissions including forklifts, trucks, tractors, tugs, and electric carts
- Working with hand tools, such as remote computer terminal sets, bag sealers, saws, mobile radios, shears, knives and staplers
- Handling hazardous materials, flammable materials and/or hazardous waste
- Must have a good level of English (written and spoken)
- Must be flexible and willing to work in a shift pattern including nights.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands for any employer without sponsorship

- Review and understand sales solution requirements.
- Co-ordination and preparation of inputs for systems proposals including designs, layouts, costs, schedules, and technical documentation to meet submission deadlines.
- Identification and evaluation of controls, safety, and IT (WMS and WCS) requirements and considering them in the layout design.
- Understanding the customer’s operation and considering them in the layout design.
- Identification and evaluation of opportunities for alternatives, design innovation and differentiation.
- Calculate machine and conveyor performances by applying application rules.
- Sourcing information and quotations from other departments, internal product centres and external suppliers for equipment & services and to ensure all quotations are technically and commercially sound.
- Liaise closely with in-house product & knowledge centres and external suppliers for pricing and technical information.
- Ensure designs are properly optimized and all proposal cost estimates and associated inputs are accurate and competitively priced while maintaining technical integrity.
- Identification of any technical project risks.
- Facilitate pre-sales design and costing reviews with key internal stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Commercial)
- Ensure smooth and complete handover of proposals and tender submissions to engineering following project sale.
- Adoption and/or development & refinement Costing tools to improve the speed and accuracy of the costing process and in to ensure a meaningful format of presentation for other functions who will receive these as inputs.
- Keep abreast of solutions and technologies within the organisation and amongst competitors in the market.
- Provide internal updates & presentations related to technical product/solution information
- Support sales with customer visits for technical discussions, clarifications, and site surveys.
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in engineering related discipline
- System Design with Industry product and/or application knowledge in Logistics
- Experience using AutoCAD, knowledge of 3D design is of advantage

Our client is seeking a Compressor Engineer to work in Monrovia, CA with no initial end date
Responsibilities:
- With-in the Rotating engineering group, provides technical leadership by for execution activities and discipline deliverables for projects, participates in project execution strategy and planning activities.
- Knows the project goals and has ownership of the discipline scope/cost/time requirements.
- Ensures the team meets expectations, and coordinates with other disciplines to ensure project success.
- Performs administrative functions including implementation of management policies and procedures, implements the Company and Customers Procedures while seeking improvements to work processes and business approaches to better serve the project needs.
- Develops innovative technical solutions to complex problems.
- May be required to perform the following studies: Driver Selection (Gas/Electric/Steam), VFD motor Drives, Variable speed gears, bearing selections for compressors/motors.
- Must have experience with Reciprocating and Centrifugal compressors, Lube and Seal Oil systems, Gear box, and Mechanical Seal diagnostics.
- Should have sufficient experience in the Industry to be able to generate manpower requirements for differing scopes of work as activies are changed during a project.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of API, ANSI, NEMA, ASTM specifications. May be required to travel to the Vendors facilities.
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Typically, minimum of 10 years working with various Compressors and 4 years pump Engineering experience in Petroleum-Chemical, Oil & Gas Industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Emphasis on Centrifugal and Reciprocating compressor experience, with working knowledge of API 613, 614, 616, 617, 618, 670 and 671. PE registration is desired, Aramco experience is preferred.
- Will be required to develop/check specifications, data sheets, technical bids, purchase orders, resolve technical queries from vendors on various Compressor and Pump equipment, able to coordinate project requirements with other disciplines, project staff and clients. Will be required to maintain quality of group deliverables through-out the procurement of the equipment. Will be required to support work share activities with other offices on Rotating Equipment deliverables. Demonstrable commitment to HSE Management in a project Environment
