Airswift supported 8 Rivers amidst its rapid growth following a $100 million investment. As an extension of 8 Rivers’ HR team, we provided comprehensive recruitment solutions, including headhunting, engaged search, and talent mapping, to build teams across engineering, project development, and corporate functions.
We developed salary structures, launched cobranded campaigns doubling 8 Rivers’ LinkedIn followers, and tapped Airswift’s global network to secure niche talent in hydrogen, specialty gas, and engineering, driving growth from 18 to 66+ employees in two years.
In 2017, Airswift supported the Rovuma LNG project by providing engineering recruitment services in Maputo and Cabo Delgado, Mozambique. Leveraging talent mapping, candidate screening, onboarding, and compliance checks, Airswift sourced over 70 key positions locally and internationally, achieving a 100% placement rate for a national hiring programme.
As the largest supplier of national and expatriate consultants, Airswift ensured full compliance with local laws while delivering seamless recruitment and global mobility support, enabling the client to establish a strong local presence and meet their project demands effectively.
As expert engineering headhunters, Airswift was trusted to support the Sydney Metro project in Australia with recruitment for niche disciplines in ETCS, Signalling, Assurance, and Systems Engineering. To streamline their contractor model, Airswift provided clear cost breakdowns and ensured compliance across all operations.
By meeting individually with contractors, Airswift addressed concerns around contracts, insurance, timesheets, and expenses, making the transition seamless. The result was the successful transition of over 15 contractors and Airswift being recognised as a trusted agency for pre-identified contract resources across Australia.
Airswift supported the Tyra gas field redevelopment in the Danish North Sea, a $300M project spanning seven countries. We provided Employer of Record services, managing immigration, payroll, global mobility, and compliance for 140 contractors and 80 employees.
This included expatriation, repatriation, and local issue resolution. Airswift assigned a lead administrator to oversee and manage all migration efforts, ensuring seamless relocation and employment support.
